Secret Garden

Balanchine’s Secret Garden is a series of posters designed for three ballet presentations; “Gala”, “Joyeux”, and “Peck/Balanchine” in honour the incredible choreographer, George Balanchine.

The design for this project consists of a typographic approach with a soft touch of colour. The objective is to show the personality of the presentations using abstract flowers as visual elements representing the jewels that are hidden in each choreography, and give an idea of what the performances are about.

The brochure contains useful information for learning more about the performances and the life of the choreographer, George Balanchine, and all the amazing dancers that bring these ballets to life.
